About US

S.S. Electromech is a pioneer in the development and manufacturing of Motor Operated Mechanisms (MOMs) for switchgear applications in India. We are the single largest supplier of MOMs in India and an approved vendor to utilities such as PGCIL, NTPC, TSEB among others.
Founded in 1986 at Hyderabad, India, S.S. Electromech has since developed Motor Operated Mechanisms and worm reduction gearboxes for switchgear applications. Through in house engineering and lean manufacturing practises, S.S. Electromech has grown to be the largest and most reliable source of MOMs and BOMs in India. We now export our products to several countries through our partner network.
Automation has been the backbone of our scale. With 4 CNC machines and 3 parallel automated assemble spread across 65,000 square feet, we are able to produce more efficiently and much higher volumes than anyone else in the industry.

Additionally an in house cutting, welding and painting setup enables us to better control quality and production timelines.
